2 slices wholemeal bread 8 slices cooked gammon (100 g) 4 eggs 2 tsp rapeseed oil 1 jar beetroot (350 g drained weight) salt paprika1 portion contains about 400 kcal
- Place the gammon on the slices of bread.
- Fry the eggs in 1 tsp of oil, season with salt and paprika and place on the bread.
