Herring Salad
Ingredients (for 2 people):

4 potatoes 2 spring onions 2 small apples 2 pickled gherkins 2 pickled herring filets each weighing 80 g 150 g natural yogurt 2 tbsp cream cider vinegar mustard salt pepper paprika dill

1 portion contains about 450 kcal
  • Boil the potatoes in their skin, peel and slice.
  • Slice the spring onions into rings, thinly slice the apples and slice the gherkins.
  • Rinse the herring fillets, cut into pieces and mix all these ingredients together.
  • Make a dressing using the yogurt, cream, vinegar, mustard, seasoning, paprika and dill, then pour over the salad.
